Here are a few tips for managing stress at every age.
For children: While recognizing stress triggers come later in life, teaching children breathing techniques for mindfulness may help them build an early, healthy habit.
For teens: Sleeping and eating well are a teenager’s best friend. Their changing minds and growing bodies crave both.
For adults: With life moving a mile a minute, it’s important for adults to take a step back. Schedule leisure time so you don’t burn yourself out.

Easing Inflammation Naturally

Thank you for keeping me "in the loop;" reading and rereading these has been an valuable practice. I have made about 18 major moves in my life, including two overseas including one with my family overseas and back once. This last move, now single, is the most difficult and stressful yet I can remember. My years in Colorado Springs and receiving regular treatment at Freedom have done a great deal to enable me to end up in my 80th year still mobile, active, and enable me to deal with more stress emanating from the death of my wife (I still miss her) and this move especially in addition. And I miss you all! Thank you, dear friends at Freedom!!
